Building on my 25+ years of experience as a communications professional, I am on a continual journey to engage with people, their pain, and enable positive change.

I have worked in multidisciplinary contexts in India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Jordan and the UK. Based on these experiences and my language skills in English, Hindi, Urdu, Oriya and basic level Bengali and Thai, I support my clients with a cross-cultural understanding on various presenting issues . I have particular experience of working with anxiety, depression, abuse, bereavement, trauma and relationship issues.

Outside of private practice, I work with a charity providing counselling to women impacted by domestic abuse.

VALUES

I have immense faith in the potential of human beings for healing, wholeness and growth. Whilst there is brokenness in and around us, I firmly believe that these rough edges give us the ability to connect and grow.

By establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship of openness and trust, I work along with my clients to harness their inner resources for healing and growth.

I move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable to the client. With compassion, open communication and collaboration I enable my clients achieve sustainable change.
